2. Data We Process

• Measurement records: points, lines, polygons, notes, color, attachments references.
• Location data: only when permission is granted and GPS features are used.
• Camera/Photos data: only when you add photos intentionally.
• File data: only when you import/export files.
• Subscription status: entitlement and purchase status via Apple/RevenueCat.

3. Permissions

• Location: GPS capture and map positioning.
• Camera: taking photos for attachments.
• Photos: picking/saving images.
• Files: importing/exporting measurement files.

4. Storage & Sync

• Records are stored locally by default (App Group container).
• If iCloud Sync is enabled, records/attachments sync to your private iCloud database.
• You can disable iCloud Sync in Settings at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: purchases, renewals, refunds.
• RevenueCat: subscription products and entitlement sync.
• Apple iCloud / CloudKit (optional): cross-device sync when enabled by user.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when:

• You explicitly export/share/open data with other apps.
• You explicitly enable iCloud Sync.
• Required by law or regulation.

7. Retention & Deletion

• You can delete records in-app.
• With iCloud Sync enabled, deletions are synchronized (possible delay by system).
• Uninstalling the app may remove local data; back up important records yourself.

8. Children

This app is not directed to children under applicable minimum age. Contact us if needed.

9. Your Rights

You can manage permissions, sync settings, and local data in the app/system settings.
